"who knows" i answer.

"a nose?!" monkey replies as i pick the something off and flick it to the floor

potty training!

is going SO WELL!!! monkey has got this down! he is peeing and pooping like a champ! im really glad we postponed after our first attempt 3 months ago. because eventhough he was physically ready at 2 years and 8 months, he wasnt emotionally ready. so far our second attempt has been textbook! after 1.5 weeks he hasnt had a single pee accident and hasnt had any poop accidents since the second day! is it totally dumb for me to think it could be this EASY???

its a monkey's life

what do monkeys do all day, they swing from trees and forage for food, and accidentally knee mom in the stomach, and pee on the potty. ok so my monkey only does the last two. but he does have a way of driving me absolutely insane!!! the HORRIBLE 3s..... HORRIBLE!!! my sweet baby monkey has morphed into one of those angry killer monkeys that you see attacking people in movies and video games. i swear it all happened a month before he turned 3. i cant give you an exact date or an exact instance.... but it is here. now monkey doesn't listen, monkey runs and yells constantly, and monkey has quite an attitude :( we will push through all this b/c i know deep down my monkey is still as lovable as ever.... but some days ... what can i say???
